Our minimum charge period is one hour. We charge €60 + Vat for the first hour and then €40 + Vat per 30 minutes after the first hour. This is excluding any parts required.
Prepaid Packages
For customers requiring on-going support for their computers, we offer the option of purchasing Prepaid Support Hours.
Available in blocks of 5, 10 or 20 hours.Prepaid Support Hours are valid for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase and would give your business priority when booking an engineer visit.
They form the ideal solution for any business that does not want to be committed to an expensive maintenance contract, but needs the reassurance of knowing that its IT support requirements are in the hands of an established and professional company.
